League of Legends Tournament Regulations
1. General provisions
1.11. The organizer of the arrMY tournament is Grezly Sp. Z o. o. with its registered office in Gdynia, 13 Isis Street, 81-601 Gdynia, with Tax ID number 851-326-37-43, with REGON number 389866301, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
1.12. A player is any person registered in the team during the registration process.
1.13. Authorization to participate in the League is obtained by obtaining approval of participation in the arrMY project by the Administrator, or by receiving a direct invitation to the arrMY project by the Organizer of the games.
1.14. The team captain is responsible for contacting the administration.
1.15. The registration of a team for the arrMY League implies acceptance of these regulations.
1.16. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations. At the same time, all issues not included in these rules are individually resolved by the Organizer and the Administration. Decisions issued by the Organizer and the Administration are final.
1.17. The administrators of the games are persons designated by the organizer of the arrMY League.
1.18. Administrators of the games should be contacted via Discord, TeamSpeak, or through chat on arrmy.gg. Messages sent in other places than those specified will be ignored.
1.19. Each user of the platform is obliged to observe Netiquette. Netiquette is a set of rules of decent behavior on the Internet.
1.20. The winner shall be called the team that took first place based on the league ladder located on arrmy.co.uk presented before or during the League for general availability.
1.21. Selected meetings will be broadcast on the official arrMY channel, along with the previously provided commentary.
1.22. Matches will be played on the official servers of the game League of Legends. It is required to use accounts associated with arrMY platform. This is done by going to your profile on the platform www.lol.arrmy.gg, clicking on the option EDIT PROFILE, and then clicking on the GAME SETTINGS button.
1.23. All general issues related to participation in arrMY games are described in the general regulations. The user, by accepting the rules of the League, also accepts the provisions of the general regulations.
1.24. The administration reserves the right to exclude a player or an entire team from the tournament.
1.25. The administration reserves the right to exclude a player or the entire team in the event that their behavior negatively affects the platform, and notoriously create multi-accounts on the arrMY platform or other platforms.
2. Participants, teams and games
2.10. The participant must have his individual game account with League of Legends game installed. The participant may only play his matches on the RIOT account #ID provided on the arrMY player profile.
2.11. The user is obliged to ensure that the data of the Riot account on arrMY website is up to date - Riot ID and #tagline.
2.12. Players during tournament meetings are required to follow the rules of netiquette. Failure to comply with this rule may result in elimination of the team from the meetings, loss of a map, round or a warning.
2.13. Players play their matches on map: summoner's rift.
2.14. It is also noted that it is prohibited to have vulgar nicknames and avatars, or those that may violate the widely understood netiquette. It is requested that player names and avatars be non-offensive. Failure to comply with this rule provides grounds for punishment of the participant and/or team.
2.15. The match may begin if and only if both teams declare their readiness to start the match. The date for playing the match shall be determined by the Administrator or the Organizer, but may also be changed and determined by the captains of both teams, after prior consultation of the said persons.
2.16. It is the responsibility of both teams to check the correct configuration of the server.
2.17. The use of codes by a player during the match may result in disqualification of the team from the entire competition.
2.18. If there are problems in the match or the server is misconfigured, the administration may decide to play the match from the beginning.
2.19. Players are required to join the appropriate teams in the game, according to the banning on the site.
2.20. In case of technical problems, there is the possibility of using pauses during the match.
2.21. playing a match with an undeclared player without informing the Administration or the Organizer in advance, is tantamount to exclusion from the competition.
2.22. The organizer of the games is not responsible for problems related to the game servers.
2.23. Receipt of an account block by one player during the tournament may result in the disqualification of the player in question or the entire team from the tournament and arrMY or the imposition of penalties in the form of removal of e$ from the account.
2.24. A match can begin when both teams have a minimum of 4 players on the server.
2.25. Players have the right of post-match protest. The protest must be submitted up to 24 hours after the end of the meeting.Protests should be submitted directly to the administrators of the games.
2.26. A participant may not refuse to broadcast its meetings or choose how it will be reported.
2.27. Each team is assigned rivals on an ongoing basis. Subsequent rivals for the team will be selected according to the competition system.
2.28. All slots in any arrMY tournament belong to the Organizer. In case of disputes, the Organizer decides on the belonging of a slot to a team, players or another team.
2.29. Stream sniping is strictly prohibited. If a player is tracked while doing so, his team may be penalized with a walkover in that match, deprivation of Esport Dollars or even removed from the competition.
2.30. Subbing matches in arrMY games will be severely punished.
2.31. The time zone in which arrMY matches are played is UTC +1:00.
2.32. The use of exploits and any bugs in the game and the arrMY Service is prohibited.
2.33. The team that has provide participation in the next stage of the competition may not participate in qualifying tournaments.
2.34. External draft pages are allowed, but only with the consent of the two teams. IF any of the teams does not agree, the draft must be played in the game client.
2.35. We allow the use of placeholders according to the scheme: Player A picks the character and then writes on the chat: Placeholder Jax-> Yasuo. This means that he doesn't have Yasuo character, but he gives notice to the rival that the character he wants to play is different from the one he was picking on the draft.
2.36. Champions which have not been available on the live server for more than two weeks will beautomatically restricted. Champions that have undergone reworks will be enabled at the solediscretion of the League.
3. Transfers
3.11. Each team is entitled to register before the start of the tournament: 5 players of the core squad, 5 players of the reserve squad, 1 coach.
3.12. Each team is authorized to make 2 changes in the basic composition during the tournament.
3.13. The coach is part of the team and his transfer from the position of coach to player is not understood as a change.
3.14. Players are required to control the number of transfers made and whether the transferred players are allowed to play in accordance with the transfer rule. If irregularities in transfers are detected by the game administrators, the team may be penalized with a walkover in matches in which the participant was an unauthorized player. In case of further offenses, the team may be removed from the competition.
3.15. the Administration may agree to a transfer bypassing the above-mentioned points. The desire to make such a transfer should be reported via a ticket on the Discord platform. Each such case is interpreted individually, and there is no possibility of appeal from the decision of the administration.
3.16. Gracz może uczestniczyć w turnieju tylko i wyłącznie z drużyną, z którą zapisał się do turnieju. Oznacza to, że transfery wśród drużyn uczestniczących w tym samym turnieju są zabronione.
4. Slot affiliation
4.11. All slots in arrMY leagues and tournaments belong to the Organizer. In case of disputes, the Organizer decides whether a slot belongs to a team, players or another team.
4.12. The slot in the competition is lent to the team and the Organizer gives the ability to make decisions to the majority of players.
4.13. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odebrania slota w rozgrywkach gdy zespół naruszy dobre imię serwisu arrMY, jego pracowników, bądź istnieją przesłanki złamania regulaminu.
4.14. W przypadku opuszczenia zespołu przez wszystkich zawodników tracą oni prawa w podejmowaniu decyzji nad nim.
4.15. W przypadku rezygnacji drużyny z udziału w rozgrywkach slot zostanie rozdysponowany przez Organizatora rozgrywek.
4.16. W przypadku ligi akademii slot należy do organizacji.
5. Application processing procedures
5.11. We make every effort to respond to admin calls as quickly as possible. To call an admin through the site, use the !admin command in the lobby or in team chat.
5.12. The administrator will inform the team that their application is under consideration.
5.13. The administration reserves the right to suspend the meeting for no more than 15 minutes to verify the problem and resolve it with the programmers.
5.14. The administration reserves the right to its own interpretation of the error and to resolve it according to him the best way for both teams. The administration undertakes to handle disputes impartially and in accordance with the principle of fair play.
5.15. The decision of the administrator is final and non-negotiable.
