CYA Sezon 1 - Grupa A
League of Legends League Regulations
§ Organizer
-
The organizer of the arrMY League is Grezly Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Gdynia, 13 Isis Street, 81-601 Gdynia, with Tax ID number 851-326-37-43, with REGON number 389866301, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
-
The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations. At the same time, all issues not included in these regulations are individually resolved by the Organizer and the Administration. Decisions issued by the Organizer and the Administration are final.
- If there is a fortuitous situation, beyond the control of the subcontractor or contracting entity (e.g., change of date, postponement of games), then the administration has the right to implement a decision that does not comply with the rules, but is obliged to inform the players in a timely manner.
§ Administration
-
Administrators of the games are persons designated by the Organizer. In the case of arrMY games, these are persons holding the rank of administrator on the www.arrmy.gg platform.
-
Game administrators should be contacted via Discord, TeamSpeak, or via chat at www.arrmy.gg. Messages sent elsewhere other than those specified will be ignored.
-
The team captain is responsible for contacting the administration.
§ Consents
-
Entry of a team to the League implies acceptance of these regulations.
-
Selected matches will be broadcast on arrMY's official channel with commentary provided in advance.
-
The participant may not refuse to broadcast his meetings or choose how it will be reported.
-
Stream sniping is strictly prohibited. If a player is tracked while doing so, his or her team may be penalized with a walkover in that match, deprivation of Esport Dollars or even removal from the competition.
-
Each user of the platform is obliged to observe Netiquette. Netiquette is a set of rules for decent behavior on the Internet.
§ League participant
-
A participant is any person enrolled in a team during the registration process.
-
The participant must have his individual game account with the League of Legends game installed. The participant can only play his matches on the riot account submitted to the league.
-
Prohibition of impersonation, that is, playing a match on the account of another player, as well as persuading, convincing or offering someone to play a match on the account of another player.
-
All general issues related to participation in arrMY are described in the general regulations. The user, by accepting the rules of the League, also accepts the provisions of the general regulations.
-
Immediately after changing the RIOTID, the participant is obliged to notify the administration to update it on arrMY.gg. The consequence of failure to update the RIOTID is a warning, in the case of 3 warnings the player may be excluded from the competition for 48h.
-
Players during tournament matches are required to follow the rules of netiquette. Failure to comply with this rule may result in elimination of the team from the meetings, loss of a map, round or a warning.
-
It is also noted that it is forbidden to have vulgar nicknames and avatars, or those that may violate the widely understood netiquette on arrmy.gg. It is requested that player names and avatars be non-offensive. Failure to comply with this rule gives grounds for punishment of the participant and/or team.
-
A player who is currently listed as a player in EPD/GCD cannot participate in arrmy.gg. This applies at any time in a league/tournament, unless otherwise ordered by the organizer.
§ Gameplay
-
Players play their matches on the map: Summoner's Rift 5v5 or Howling Abyss (mostly for 1v1 or 2v2).
-
Matches in each tournament or league will be played on official League of Legends game servers with an assigned default game server (EUW or EUNE). It is required to use accounts associated with the arrMY platform. This is done by going to your profile on the platform www.lol.arrmy.gg, clicking the option EDIT PROFILE, and then clicking the GAME SETTINGS button.
-
The match can start only if both teams report that they are ready to start the game. Each team must have 5 ready players (or 1 in the case of 1v1 or 2 in the case of 2v2). The date for playing the match is set by the Administrator or the Organizer, but can also be changed and set by the captains of both teams, after prior consultation of the mentioned persons.
-
In the event that teams express a desire to change servers, for example, from EUNE to EUW, this is fully permitted only by mutual consent of both parties.
-
In the absence of an updated score on arrmy.gg, the captain of the winning team is required to upload a screenshot of the post-match lobby (using “enter score”) and provide the score with the !admin command.
-
In case the players play the match on a different server than the default one in the league or tournament then the settings should be applied:
-
Map : Summoner's Rift
-
Team size : 5
-
Game Type : Tournament Draft
-
Permission for observers : All
-
-
It is the responsibility of both teams to check the correct configuration of the lobby.
-
If there are problems in the match or the lobby is misconfigured the administration may decide to play the match from the beginning. It is the responsibility of the team to report such a problem to the site administration up to a maximum of 5 minutes after the start of the game.
-
The side is chosen by the team on the left in the match lobby. In the case of BO3/BO5 matches, on the next map the side is chosen by the losing team. The exception is qualification, where the side on the first map is chosen by the team that was ranked higher.
-
In case of technical problems, it is possible to use pauses during the match. There is a 15-minute break per team on each map. In case of agreement, the opponent can give his break to the rival. In total, the break cannot exceed 30 min.
-
If one of the players does not return to the server, the match may continue 4 vs 5.
-
The use of scripts or hacks to facilitate play by a player during a match may end in disqualification of the team from the entire competition.
-
Playing a match with an undeclared player without informing the Administration or the Organizer in advance, may result in the suspension of the team from the competition or its disqualification.
-
The organizer of the games is not responsible for problems related to the game servers.
-
External parties to the draft are allowed, but only with the consent of two teams. In case one of the teams does not agree then the draft must be played in the game client.
-
We allow the use of placeholders according to the scheme: Player A picks a character and then writes in chat: Placeholder Jax -> Yasuo. This means that he does not have a Yasuo character, but notifies his rival that the character he wants to play is different from the one he picked on the draftee
-
A character that is not available on the live server for more than 14 days is not available in the arrmy.co.uk games. Characters that had a rework will be available immediately, unless the league administration makes a different decision.
§ Applications, Blockades and Protest
-
Subbing matches in arrMY games entails disqualification from the games and possible blocking from the service indefinitely.
-
Exploitation of exploits and any bugs in the game and the arrMY Service is prohibited.
-
Players have the right of post-match protest. The protest must be submitted up to 24 hours after the end of the match.Protests should be submitted directly to the game administrators.
-
Reports of incorrect player names or suspicions of players cheating should be reported in the game client via report. In case of “trash talk”, the administration recommends mutating the opponent.
- Having an active exclusion documented in RIOT is tantamount to excluding a player from arrMY. Document with exclusions - EMEA Penalty Tracker.
§ Transfers
-
Each team is authorized to apply before the start of the league:
-
5 core squad players (required),
-
5 players of the reserve squad (optional),
-
1 trainer (optional).
-
-
Each team is authorized to add or replace 4 players during the league. The limit of changes includes players from the basic and reserve squad. Intra-team changes are not construed as “Transfer”.
-
Removal of a player from the team is not understood as a change.
-
The coach is part of the team and his transfer from the position of coach to player is not understood as a change.
-
Once a player is transferred during the league, he cannot be removed from the team for 7 days.
-
Players are required to control the number of transfers made and whether the transferred players are allowed to play in accordance with the transfer rule. If irregularities in transfers are detected by the game administrators, the team may be penalized with a walkover in matches in which an unauthorized player was a participant. In case of further offenses, the team may be removed from the competition.
-
The administration may approve a transfer bypassing the above-mentioned points. The desire to make such a transfer should be reported via a ticket on the platform.
§ Slot affiliation
-
All slots in arrMY leagues and tournaments belong to the Organizer. In case of disputes, the Organizer decides whether a slot belongs to a team, players or another team.
-
The slot in the games is rented to the team and the Organizer gives the opportunity to make decisions to the majority of players.
-
The organizer reserves the right to revoke a slot in the competition when the team violates the good name of www.arrmy.gg, its employees, or there are indications of violation of the rules.
-
If all players leave the team, they lose their rights to make decisions over it.
-
In case of cancellation of a team from participation in the competition, the slot will be distributed by the Organizer of the competition.
§ Rules of places in the league table
-
In the case of an equal place in the table and for the purpose of determining the place in the table, for example, to determine which teams got promotion to the next phase, the organizer in turn pays attention to:
-
The number of victories of the teams involved in a given conflict.
-
Direct win if the conflict involves two teams.
-
If the conflict involves more than 2 teams, a small table is created:
-
The team with the highest number of matches won among the conflicting teams ranks highest.
-
If at least 2 teams have the same number of matches won among the conflicting teams, then the order of the teams is determined by direct wins, then by the balance of maps, then by the balance of rounds played in those matches.
-
-
If none of the above solutions worked, then promotion can be determined by the organizer with additional statistics, such as a higher number of Esport Dollars earned in the league.
-
The organizer also has the right to hold an additional tournament between the conflicting teams, if he deems it the best solution to the situation.
-
§ Procedures for processing applications
-
We make every effort to respond to the administrator's calls as quickly as possible.
-
The administrator will inform the team that their application is under consideration.
-
The administration reserves the right to suspend the meeting for no more than 15 minutes to verify the problem and resolve it with the programmers.
-
The administrator reserves the right to his own interpretation of the error and resolve it according to him the best way for both teams. The administration undertakes to handle disputes impartially and in accordance with the principle of fair play.
- Protest about the decision of the administrator can be submitted no later than 24 hours after the game was played. The protest can be reported to the chief administrator of the games, his decision is final and non-negotiable.
§ Date of games to be played
-
There are 2 configurations regarding the dates for playing the meetings:
-
Leagues with a fixed schedule - these are leagues in which the dates of the games played are imposed in advance and there is no possibility of rescheduling the games.
-
Leagues with the offer of dates to play a match - these are leagues in which both teams declare their willingness to play a match in the tool prepared by arrMY. The date of such a match is selected according to the following criteria:
-
If both teams declare an overlapping date for playing the match, the system will set the fastest possible date for playing the match.
-
In the absence of overlapping dates, a common basket of dates will be created, from which one date will be drawn. Dates are added to the basket in 15-minute increments, e.g. Team A declares its availability at 5:15 p.m., Team B declares its availability at 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. In this situation, dates will be added to the basket: 17:15 (Team A), 18:00 (Team B), 18:15 (Team B), 18:30 (Team B).
-
Teams have the opportunity to make an offer to play the match on a contingency date. The emergency date will be set only if both teams enter the same date into the system
-
-
-
The administration reserves the right to change the date of the match after informing the teams about it at that time in the team chat or in the match waiting room.
§ General information
-
The time zone in which arrMY matches are played is UTC +1:00.
-
The administration reserves the right to exclude a player or an entire team from the league.
-
The administration reserves the right to exclude a player or the entire team if their behavior negatively affects the platform, and notoriously create multi-accounts on arrMY and other platforms.
-
All general issues related to the rules of the tournament and league are described in the general regulations. The user, by accepting the rules of the league, also accepts the provisions of the general regulations.
-
Ignorance of the rules and regulations does not exempt from compliance with them.
-
If you have not found an answer to your inquiries in the regulations, be sure to consult with the administration for a specific answer. The absence of a specific provision in the regulations does not imply permission to perform a specific action.
